GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Amasia Vietnam Travel and Trading Company Limited – here after referred to as Amasia Travel – accepts reservations subject to Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the Client, and us, Amasia Travel. By booking with us, you agree that the services rendered by Amasia Travel to the Client on an individual or a tour basis (the “Services”) shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below and that shall form a service contract in its entirety, whether verbal or written, entered into between Amasia Travel and you the Client:
VALIDITY & PRICING
All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong with exchange at current rates into United States Dollars and valid according to the date specified on the Amasia Travel printed tariffs, quotations or invoices issued to the Client. We warrant that the prices and exchange rates are correct at the time of issuance but may be subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice. IN PARTICULAR, AIRLINES FREQUENTLY CHANGE THEIR PRICES AS A RESULT OF FARE INCREASES AND/OR FUEL SURCHARGES. Prices may change after you book your travel and are not guaranteed until full payment is received at the final invoice price. Please contact us at any time for our current prices.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Reservations are to be made to our office. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE LAND PRICE PER PERSON is required to secure your reservation. Receipt of the non-refundable deposit from you is deemed evidence that you have carefully read and accepted our Terms & Conditions.
Final payment for all journeys is due at least 120 days prior to client’s departure or starting date of the tour, unless otherwise stated. Amasia Travel reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full at any time after final payment is due, in which case cancellation charges will apply. We also reserve the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programs, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client with or without prior notice.
If your booking is made less than 120 days prior to departure, you must provide full payment and complete booking details to us immediately. Your booking cannot be accepted or confirmed until we have received full payment and complete booking details from you
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment should be executed by cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), or travelers cheque. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply. The Client is responsible for any bank charges relating to bank transfers. In cases where credit arrangements have been agreed to, Client payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the following bank account.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and addressed to our office and will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per journey. All the cancellations are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE LAND PRICE, this fee reflects only Amasia Travel’s costs of administering a reservation.
Cancellation charges will be assessed as follows.

If you are a no-show, if you cancel your trip after the departure date, or if you leave a trip already in progress, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program, which are not utilised.
If you do not show up, if you cancel your trip after the departure date, or if you leave a trip already in progress, no refund in full or in part will be given for any unutilized or partially-utilized services included in the program.
No amendments to your journey will be processed until your deposit has been received. Up to 60 days prior to departure, one permitted amendment per booking can be made free of charge. Amasia Travel reserves the right to charge for subsequent permitted amendments, as follows:

These amendment charges are in addition to any charges passed on to us by any suppliers such as airlines, hotels or other tour operators. Permitted amendments include, without limitation, changes to accommodation or travel arrangements. Name changes are not permitted as many suppliers deem a name change to constitute a cancellation and re-booking. An amended booking which is subsequently cancelled will be subject to the cancellation fee according to either the original departure date at time of amendment or the subsequent date, (whichever is the greater).
Vouchers will be issued by Amasia Travel for all booking arrangements. A copy of the Client’s itinerary will be enclosed with the voucher and should be received by the Client on his/her arrival or beginning of the arrangements booked.
PASSPORTS & VISAS
All traveler require a valid passport and, in most instances, a visa. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and the necessary visas for the countries being visited. Amasia Travel accepts no responsibility if you do not have the correct documentation for your vacation. It is highly recommended that you allow at least a minimum of 15 working days for visa processing. Please note, IF YOU LEAVE AND RE-ENTER ANY COUNTRY THAT REQUIRES A VISA YOU MAY NEED TO OBTAIN A MULTIPLE-ENTRY VISA FOR THAT COUNTRY. Please also note that most countries in Asia insist that passports are valid for at least six months after date of entry.
Insurance is not included in Amasia Travel tour prices. The Client must have travel insurance which covers personal accident and medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation, baggage loss, and cancellation or curtailment of vacation. Your insurance details must be supplied to us at the time of booking. If you fail to provide the requested insurance information, we reserve the right, acting in our sole discretion, to cancel bookings and apply charges as per our cancellation policy. We highly recommend that all travelers take out an adequate insurance policy before travelling.
Amasia Travel shall, to the best of its capacity, provide the Services to the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of the Parties that Amasia Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. Amasia Travel shall in no event be liable to the Client, by reason of breach of Services or unsatisfactory Services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Amasia Travel and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the Services to the Client. The Client warrants that Amasia Travel shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.
