  • Day 1 Arrive Siem Reap

    Upon your arrival in Siem Reap, a charming small city and the gateway to the majestic temples of Angkor, your guide will meet you and accompany you to your hotel. Once settled in, embark on a privately guided tour of Angkor Wat Temple, a remarkable wonder of the ancient world. Dating back to 1150 AD, this temple complex is famous for its intricate and dramatic religious structures. Explore the stone galleries, terraces, and grounds, immersing yourself in the captivating bas-relief friezes that depict stories from Hindu mythology. As the day comes to a close, return to your hotel after sunset.

  • Day 2 Discover Angkor Thom City, Bayon Temple & Banteay Srei Temple

    Embark on an exploration of the mysterious and widely photographed Ta Prohm, known as the jungle temple, where ancient stones intertwine with towering trees. Continue onwards to the fortified city of Angkor Thom, the final capital of the Khmer empire. Begin at the South Gate of Angkor Thom and explore the remarkable Bayon Temple, adorned with 216 enigmatic and smiling faces. Uncover the captivating myths and legends surrounding the Elephant Terrace and Leper King Terrace.

    Following your exploration of Angkor, your guide will lead you on an excursion to the lesser-visited Banteay Srei temple, situated 30km from Siem Reap. This temple is renowned for its intricate pink sandstone carvings, making it the finest example of Khmer craftsmanship. On the way back to Siem Reap, you'll have the opportunity to visit a local village and learn about the traditional production of rice paper and palm wine. Finally, conclude your day with a serene and captivating sunset experience atop Phnom Bakheng.

  • Day 3 Explore the Lost Temple of Beng Mealea & Kompong Phluk

    Set out on an adventure to the peaceful and lesser-known Beng Mealea temple, a sprawling complex nestled in the jungle. This remarkable site, stretching over a square kilometre, is beautifully embraced by lush vegetation. Believed to have preceded Angkor Wat, Beng Mealea may have served as a prototype for its distinctive architectural style. After exploring the complex, you will be driven to the village of Kompong Phluk. From there, board a wooden boat to visit the fascinating Cambodian stilt houses and the serene flooded forest. The journey continues to Tonle Sap Lake, where you can observe local fishermen at work.

    Please note: The boat trip to Kompong Phluk is available from September to March during high water levels. It is not available from early April to late August. An alternative option is to take a boat trip from Chong Khneas.

  • Day 4 Depart Siem Reap

    On your final day in Cambodia, take the opportunity to leisurely explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. Later, your guide will accompany you to Siem Reap International Airport for your onward flight.
